ORDER PROCESSING TIME

After your order has been placed, we will begin processing it as quickly as possible.

Orders are usually processed within 0 to 2 business days after the order confirmation has been received.

Orders are processed and shipped on Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends and Australian public holidays.

Orders placed during weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your shipping or tracking information, if available.

AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME

The average total delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after your order has been processed.

This estimated delivery time includes the time needed by the shipping carrier to deliver your package after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery address, carrier availability, regional or remote delivery areas, public holidays, weather conditions, or other external factors outside our control.

SHIPPING METHOD

To offer our customers fair and accessible prices, some products may be shipped directly from our supplier, warehouse, or logistics partner.

Before shipment, products may be checked to ensure they meet our quality standards and are ready for delivery.

The shipping address used for delivery is the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please make sure your shipping details are complete and correct before placing your order.

FREE SHIPPING

Orelune Mode offers free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.

There is no minimum order amount required to qualify for free standard shipping.

You will not be charged any additional standard shipping costs at checkout.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Orelune Mode currently ships orders within Australia.

Delivery is available to the Australian locations shown at checkout.

If your address, region, or delivery location is not available during checkout, this means that we currently do not offer delivery to that location.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may become available within 2 to 3 business days.

If tracking is available for your order, you can track your order through our Track and Trace page using the tracking details provided to you.

Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

If your tracking information is not available yet, please check again later or contact us for assistance.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Although we do our best to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe of 3 to 5 business days after processing, delays may occasionally occur.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your local delivery point, or the shipping carrier.
