Return and Refund Policy
At Orelune Mode, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.
RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
A return request can only be submitted after the item has been physically delivered to you.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included where applicable.
• Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing or using it beyond trying it on is not allowed.
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or missing tags may be refused.
• Returns must be requested and shipped according to the instructions provided by our customer service team.
Please note that ordering multiple sizes or variants with the primary intention of returning part of the order may be considered misuse of our return policy. We reserve the right to review such return requests individually.
RETURN COSTS AND PROCESSING FEE
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
If the return is due to customer preference, such as size, color, fit, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any international shipping fees, duties, customs fees, or taxes.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@orelune-mode.com so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours after purchase.
After this 24-hour period, the order may already be processed and prepared for shipment. In that case, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you may need to follow the standard return process after receiving the item.
WHY RETURNS MAY BE PROCESSED BY AN EXTERNAL RETURN PARTNER
Orelune Mode may use an external return partner to handle returned items. This specialized facility helps us process returns efficiently, inspect returned products, and ensure that suitable items are reused, donated, or handled responsibly where possible.
This helps reduce waste and supports a more sustainable supply chain. For this reason, the return address may be different from our business or office address.
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, please contact us at info@orelune-mode.com within 30 days after receiving your order.
Please include the following information in your return request:
• Your order number
• The email address used to place the order
• The item or items you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Our customer service team will review your request and provide the return instructions and return address if your return is eligible.
Please do not send your return before receiving return instructions from us. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once you have received the return instructions, ship the item back at your own expense, unless otherwise stated by our customer service team.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Orelune Mode is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address without valid tracking confirmation.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days after approval of the returned item.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
Non-refundable costs may include return shipping fees, customs fees, duties, taxes, and any other costs paid directly to third-party shipping or customs providers.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are possible, subject to availability.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team first at info@orelune-mode.com.
Our team will explain the available exchange options and provide the necessary instructions.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@orelune-mode.com as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review the situation and offer an appropriate solution.
LIABILITY AND ADDRESS ERRORS
Orelune Mode is not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows that the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout, this is the customer’s responsibility.
Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order. After this period, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address if the order has already been processed.
